We had the most fabulous time at One Hotel, Hanalei Bay! We were instantly transported to paradise from the moment we walked inside. All of our experiences exceeded our expectations, from the incredible service, the amenities, the stunning views, and delicious food/cocktails. The absolute best view of Kauai and Hanalei Bay. Vincent went above and beyond for our group, and was so accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our time spent at the pool taking in the stunning views of the bay. Mo was our server and he really took care of us. We plan to come back again and again, we can not recommend this serene hotel enough!

One of the best hotel experiences and I’ve traveled quite a bit! Thank you for an amazing stay at 1 hotel in Hanalei Bay. The grounds are perfection and the staff was exceptional!! Lisa at concierge was informative, helpful and so easy to work with. She was very communicative and helped curate my trip with all the right touches for a perfect get away. Thank you Lisa! The communication with the staff via text was so helpful because whether I needed my room tidied, a wineglass brought to the room or my car pulled up, the staff was prompt and efficient that I barely had to think! Special thanks also to incredible cleaning staff, Evan at bellhop and Jonny and Joshua at the Bar by the adult infinity pool. I can’t wait to visit again soon!

1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is by new FAVORITE hotel! I was thoroughly impressed with the luxurious experience they provided. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of rejuvenating treatments, and recovery options for athletes like myself. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines and knowledgeable staff who helped me maintain my workout routine while away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel's restaurant boasted a diverse menu featuring both local delicacies and international cuisine, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the attentive staff ensured that every dining experience was memorable. Overall, my stay at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay was nothing short of exceptional.

We have been waiting 7 years to return to Kauai, and it was worth the wait. The 1 Hotel is extremely clean, thought out, BEAUTIFUL (accentuates its stunning setting and views) and full of prompt thoughtful and kind service. Everyone from wait staff, hosts, bellman and valet, spa attendants, house keeping and beyond is beyond friendly and welcoming. The rooms are 10/10 clean and top of the line. The service was 5star. Will be back as soon as possible!!

Absolutely AMAZING!! The food was like nothing we’ve ever had before. The snow crab rolls and steak sandwiches were delicious. The atmosphere is so upper class with an incredible view. They offer valet parking and will waive the parking fee if you spend at least $100. The staff was so nice. We stayed here 5 years ago and it’s incredible to see all of the updates they have done. It has an amazing Hawaiian vibe.
